How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing standard orders 5-7 days in advance. Custom cakes and larger orders will require additional notice.
Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
When is my order confirmed?

Submitting the pre-order form is a request and does not automatically confirm your order. Your order is confirmed once you’ve received confirmation from us and completed the required payment.
Do you offer custom cakes?

Yes! Custom cake requests can be submitted through the preorder form.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
